What services do you provide?
BAC Sport prides itself on offering a personalized and tailor-made service. No matter how specific your requirements are, we specialise in providing a service that gives you exactly what you want. This can include any or all of the following: travel to and from the event destination, hotel accommodation for the duration of your stay, transfers to your hotel from an airport and/or to the event from your hotel, and of course, entrance to and/or hospitality at the event.
What financial protection do you offer to your customers?
All monies paid by you for the air holiday package shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10005. For ore information see our booking terms and conditions.
If I wanted to book, what do I do next?
To book, you must complete a Booking Form and send this together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost. Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit, or full payment (where applicable), is received by us. When should I expect to receive documentation for my trip?
All documentation and itineraries for your booking will be sent to you within 7 to 10 days of your departure date, or the date of the event.
