Monaco Grand Prix hospitality 2013

BAC Sport was asked to design luxurious Monaco Grand Prix packages as part of a corporate incentive programme that put guests at the very heart of Monaco racing.

Offering the guests a first-class event was of utmost importance. Its flawless organisation would show off Monaco F1 hospitality in its full splendour. No other event conjures the same vision of glamour and excitement as the Monaco Grand Prix. It’s a glittering mix of fast cars, beautiful people and opulent yachts; an experience not to be missed, even if you’re not an F1 enthusiast.

BAC Sport created a unique 4-day inclusive tailor-made programme to one of the most prestigious events on the sporting calendar – the Monaco Grand Prix. Arriving in Monte Carlo by helicopter is the ultimate way to start off in style. After all, Monaco Grand Prix hospitality is about luxury and pleasure.

Far from the stress of congested roads, we whisked our guests along the picturesque French Riviera coastline from Nice to Monaco. Staying in the heart of Monaco, guests enjoyed the luxurious Columbus Hotel, also a firm favourite for a number of F1 drivers, including Button, Vettel and Webber. Friday’s programme included a day on a luxurious Yacht charter in the French Riviera.

With a multilingual crew and an experienced skipper, guests received first-class service and total relaxation in a friendly ambience. Our trip included a stay at the Midi Terrace, Hotel Hermitage on Saturday, where guests enjoyed stunning views over the track and harbour. With champagne and fine wines being served throughout the afternoon, it offered again another fabulous relaxation opportunity.

Guests were treated to an extensive gourmet buffet lunch whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the qualifying sessions. Sunday’s programme included the main event: the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix.  Guests benefited from a second day of full hospitality at the most sought after viewing location: the Winston Churchill Suite. Situated on the roof of the Hotel de Paris, the Churchill Suite offers superb views overlooking the circuit and harbour.

Finishing the night off in style, we took our guests to Buddha-Bar, a trendy restaurant in the heart of the prestigious Monte Carlo Casino. Although it’s all about the racing, our Monaco Grand Prix packages show off the best of Monaco’s gourmet dining scene.  An east-meets-west menu of Asian specialities, the Buddha Bar finds its home inside a former 20th Century theatre, with secret dining rooms reminiscent of opium dens and grand terrace that attracts locals and visitors alike.
